Update Lookup (regarding )field

I'm trying to update a regarding field, and I'm struggling to get the right syntax to do this.

I've tried

/new_recordname/MYGUID

/Record Name/MYGUID

/Record Names/MYGUID

Record names(MYGUID

I'm getting the same error every time (Resource not found for the segment). Can someone please tell me the correct syntax to use.
