Update SP list item using flow mobile button

HI folks,

what I want to do is the following:

I want two Flows, the first one should write a few things from the mobile flow trigger into a SP list, also the timestamp when this flow is triggered (START)

I have colums like this: Project, Start, End, Duration. Duration is a calculated column (End-Start)

2. Flow shall update only the END column of the SP list with the timestamp the Second flow button is executed...

Unfortunately, all items get updated with the new timestamp.... i tried this:

anybody with a nice idea to help?

Hi @LuiseFreese ,

From your description, it seems that you have two flows, one to define the Start date, another to define the Due date.

If you want Flow 2 only to update the Due date column in the list, you need to find out the specific item that needs to be updated.

For Flow1, it is configured likes below:

For Flow2, before updating the Due date, Get items first, then find out the specific item.

In my scenario, in the Get items action, I am using Filter query so that it only returns one required item:

Title eq ‘Title’

Then update the filtered item with the Due date from the button trigger.

More details about Filter query, please check it at here:

Best regards,

Mabel

You'd likely want the conditional loop to only apply to each based upon a time-based expression. For instance: Apply if date/time is greater than or equal now (UtcNow). Check out Working with Dates and Times inside of your flowsUse expressions in conditions to check multiple values, and A Visual Explanation of Flow Logical Expressions.
