Update SharePoint Complete field to Yes if all assignees of a task have signed off

Hello,

I'm wanting to set the Complete field in a SharePoint form to Yes (checkmark) if all eight people assigned to the task have placed a checkmark beside their name to indicate their part of the task is done i.e. I' have completed this task' is equal to:

Name (checkbox)

Name (checkbox)

Name (checkbox)

Etc.

Can you help with the expression?

HI @trishmalloy ,

How is your SharePoint list configured?

According to your description, I have created a list likes below which contains three Yes/No columns named as user1, user2 and user3 separately. Then another column of type Yes/No named as Completed.

In the flow, if all the selections of the three users are Yes, update the Completed to Yes.

The condition is configured with the following formula:

and(equals(triggerBody()?['user1'],bool('True')),equals(triggerBody()?['user2'],bool('True')),equals(triggerBody()?['user3'],bool('True')))

is equal to

True

Under if yes branch, add action Update item to update the Completed to Yes.

This may be close but it's using an "or" statement and a drop down list, I'm wanting to know the syntax for an "and" statement with a checkbox (multiple selections).  https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/How-do-I-add-multiple-choices-to-a-condition/td-p...

Any guidance will be appreciated.
