Update Sharepoint list with excel data - how to specify field to compare

I'm trying to create a flow that updates SP list when my Excel file is updated.

Some list item detail are added directly in SP by colleagues, so I can't just delete all items and create them again.


There is a column "RowID" that identifies unique record in Excel, which is also in SP.


The logic is simple :




For the Updating bit, I followed instruction from this thread, but I might be missing a step, because the flow took a long time to execute, and even though data is updated correctly in the end, the flow results in a fail.


The part I'm not sure is how to tell flow to compare RowID in SP list and Excel.
