Update Status of Expired Training - HELP!

Hi,

I have set up a flow, so that when the date of the training has expired, it changes the status from Current to expired.

The flow works and there are no errors BUT for some reason, it only updates some of the items and I am left with loads of items with no status.

Is there any reason why, it would only update so many of the lines?

The list consists of 2,081 items.

The flow looks like this:

Hello @SLCLARKE ,

the 'Get items' action return only 100 items by default. If you want to return more you must type in a higher number in the 'Top Count' field, the maximum it'll accept is 5000 items.

OK, thank you. I did think about this but as it says default = All, I thought it would have been okay.

Yes, that's a very misleading description... 🙂
