Update a specific row in excel using Microsoft Forms

Hello,

• I have a table in an Excel spreadsheet that has a list of student's names, their classes, etc, that gets added to when a student fills out a Microsoft Form. The purpose of this is to track extensions for class assignments.
• At some point, this same student that is in this table will fill out another form, the info from this form needs to update the row in the table that has the existing student in it. However, sometimes the student is on the table twice, but will have different info in some of the columns (for example a different course name in the Course column).

How do I update a student in a specific row for a specific class?

I tried using the Condition control in flow and having last name and course title be matched up from the form and the excel spreadsheet row, but it never works.

I assume that you could add a Condition to achieve your scenario, instead of adding group in the condition, please take a try with the following configuration:

When I get to the step of the flow called Update a row, it wants a Key Column and Key Value. If the student is in the table more than once, how will it know which one I'm talking about?
