Update list items based on document properties in a doc library

I would like to populated a list with data from a document library.  Basically, map columns from the doc library to the list and then create a list item for each document in library, copying the column data/properties from the doc library to the list.  Further, if a list item already exists for a document, then update that list item with any changed properties.

For now, I would just trigger this manually in Power Automate.

I assume that I would use the "get files (properties only)" but I don't know how to import/overlay those properties into a list.

Any help would be much appreciated.
