Update planner tasks based on conditions

Hi there.

I have built a flow to create Planner tasks automatically but with the condition that the recipient has marked the task completed.  Once marked completed, it's supposed to send a notification/email to the recipient that the next task needs to be completed and so on.  My problem is that all the tasks are created at once and only the first notification goes out.  All other messages don't go out and my conditions are not working.  Look forward to any help you may have.

Re: Update planner tasks based on conditions

Hi @4Workplaces ,

Could you show me more details on your scenario?

Do you want to create a task from SharePoint to Planner when it is completed in SharePoint?

I am a little bit confused with the images you provided. It seems that you get items from the SharePoint list, then create tasks in Planner, then a Condition to filter items that status is equal to Completed.

We will help figure out a flow with more details on your scenario.

Best regards,

Mabel
