Update request and update the approval content at the same time

Hi Community,

I have a flow for getting approvals. It triggers from when an item is created, and the approval will be sent to the approvers. There is a case that the flow is triggered to the approver, but the requestor would like to revise the request, then how to replace the approval request that has been sent to the approver with the revised one?
