Update severity value

Hello Expert 

 

 

How can update a case  and set up a severity value.

 

I'm using a calculated field TotalCount.

 

The calculated field is working but the  severity does not update.

 

I try to set up severity to value 3 but when I checked the value in the case interactive form the value remain to 0.

 

I'm able to see the value of the calculated field( Total Count =8) under the case interactive form  . 

 

I attached the screen shot.

 

Do you have any suggestions ?

@Anonymous 

It looks like you are trying to update a Choice field.

If so i have just found a solution for an update list based on another field value.

I had to use a switch action.

Maybe this will point you in the right direction here
