Update sharepoint list item with manual expression

Hi,

I'm using a scheduled flow that runs each month.

This flow check fields on several lists in the sharepoint list.

After some conditions check, when it matches I want to update the item.

Problem is that when I add the "Update item" step, I add the "Apply to each" expression for the list ( to take the actual list after the get lists), and "Apply to each 2" expression for the item ID (to take the actual item which passed the conditions).

Problem is that after that I dont get the fields to update, its blank.

So I don't know how to update a specific field of the list, and for information the columns are all the same in all list, so the field and value will always be the same for all lists.

I only get the "body" field to fill up.

Maybe in the body I can update a specific field ?

I want to update a choice list item.

Thank you,

Hi @Nours74 ,

The Image resolution is low so can't see clearly. As far as I know, the Power automate can't full the SharePoint list definition(fields) if the value is dynamic value with list GUID or link:

Suggestion #1

=============

- Create a new test Power automate and try to update the body.

- Take the body definition from the test Power automate

- One thing is that though the visible field names are the same with the other lists, possibly, internal real field definition can be different

Suggestion #2

=============

- Based on which list, add switch condition and do the updating job separately

- Separate the each SharePoint list and add the list URL manually. (Set specific value as below)

- This approach would be the best

Suggestion #3

=============

- Update the SharePoint list through HTTP request with MS Graph API

- Update SharePoint ListItem: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/listitem-update?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

Hope this helps. Thanks!

Best regards,
