Updating Quick Parts in Word without losing approval status in Sharepoint

Hi all,

I'm using Office 365. I have a Sharepoint document library with content approval and major/minor versioning turned on. I have successfully created a Power Automate workflow that starts and waits for an approval, then updates columns that store the approval status and version (built-in columns in Sharepoint) and approver's name, comments, and approval date in custom columns.

I'm now wondering if it would be possible to include the approval status, version number, approver's name, and approval date in my Word document using Quick Parts, without losing the approval status?

I have already added all of those fields as Quick Parts in my Word document and they all populate properly.

However, when I open the document after it has been approved, the Quick Parts update... which causes the document to lose its approval in Sharepoint, move to draft status, and increase its minor version number.

Is there any way around this? How can I have the Quick Parts updated to the correct values before stamping the final approval on the document, so that the content does not change the first time the document is opened after approving it?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
