Updating SharePoint Column with Send an HTTP request is injecting HTML into my SharePoint column

I have built a Flow that triggers when a SharePoint item is created or modified. The Flow iterates through the selected choices of a choice field and creates a comma separated string of codes that I use to update a different column in the same list.

I am using the Send HTTP Request to SharePoint action with the following settings.

The problem I've encountered is the value in the SharePoint text column I wrote to is wrapped in Div tags. I'm using Power Shell to get the value of this field and was wondering if there is a way to save just the text value without the HTML? In the SharePoint GUI it appears without any HTML. Or shall I just use PowerShell to remove the tags?
