Updating SharePoint multiple lookup column from one list to another list

Hello,

I have a list and a document library and when an item is crated with all the details a folder named with the item name is created in the documents library. What I want to achieve with the Flow is to create the folder and update certain columns in the library with data from the item created. Both the list and library have a lookup column which allows for multiple items to be selected.

The Flow works until it must update the columns in the document library. Can update single columns and choices with single answers but it fails with people picker (multiple selection) and lookup columns (multiple selected).

Hello @Kislon23 ,

to update multiple choice columns you must build an array with the values and then use that array to update the item.

For the multiple person or group column you should append the string as below:

{
  "Claims": email@company.com
}

For the multiple lookup column you should append the string as below:

{
  "Id": LookupItemId
}
