Updating entire list with O365 User Data

I have a list of people and I use a flow to automatically populate their reporting manager when the item is created or updated. This part works well but I would like to schedule the manager field to be updated periodically as sometimes the item isn't modified in a while and therefore the manager field will become out of date. I can't seem to get any of my flow attempts to work.

Can someone please suggest the easiest way to complete this?

Thanks

Re: Updating entire list with O365 User Data

I tried a very simple:

- Scheduled occurrence trigger

- Get items (my list of people)

- Get Manager (automatically created an Apply to Each)

- Update Items (automatically created an Apply to Each).

It will not allow me to select the 'Manager' field that I got earlier. If I select the Apply To Each, the flow won't run.

Thanks

Depending on the trigger you are using it could be as easy as replacing the trigger with a recurrence trigger.  Are you triggering the flow manually?

Put the update item step inside the apply to each loop for the manager.  Then you can use the manager that you get back from that step.
