I want to use flow to upload data from Excel file to Sharepoint Calendar. Could you please help me with this?
I have read a few documents online but couldn't find the instructions or examples. Thanks

Do you provide more explanations about your needs?
If you want to get the data in the Excel file, you need to define the table first and make sure that the data you need to extract is stored in the table. Create and format tables - Office Support
Then you can use the action in the Excel connector to get the data and upload it to the Sharepoint Calendar.
