Upload any attachments to Sharepoint from most recent sent items in the Sent Item folder

Not sure if this is possible, but, can we create a flow for when I send an attachment to someone, it gets automatically uploaded to a Sharepoint? I tried the one below and so far it has skipped every time the flow was triggered.

@olimilo

According to this excelent post from @Stephen you will need to configure the trigger to monitor your Sent folder instead of your Inbox (which is the default). This flow would then trigger whenever you send an email.

Hope this helps

Re: Upload any attachments to Sharepoint from most recent sent items in the Sent Item folder

Hi @olimilo,

Do you create your flow with the built-in template of Microsoft Flow?

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. My flow’s configuration as below:2.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:3.JPG

Please check if the mail you sent includes attachment files. Besides, please take a try to re-create your flow from blank in Microsoft Flow, because, sometimes there is something wrong with creating the flow from built-in templates of Microsoft Flow.

Best regards,

Kris
