I am totally new to the Power Platform with no programming background. My task is to upload documents in my laptop to a SharePoint Online library. I have close to 10k documents to upload. I have access to Power Apps and Power Automate. I know it is not very right to ask for a complete solution. But I am overwhelmed with the work and would be very grateful if somebody can help me automate the upload.

1. What do I put in the "List files folder" section?
Yes, if you store your files to one drive then you can load them from one drive to SharePoint. But if you can upload them manually to one drive, you might as well upload to SharePoint right? It will be similar effort....
Other option is to install Power Automate Desktop. Then using recorder, select 1 file, open browser and upload. Then put these actions in a loop and run.
