Uploading files/attachment using HTTP

Hi.

I am trying to determine how to upload a file using HTTP requests.

I get the attachment from an email (and I've tried getting it from SharePoint).. I noticed it was encrypted but using base 64 decrypt the flow seems to take ages to run... it failed after taking 20 minutes and 8 retries.

I just want to know if there is anyway to upload in power automate... It works fine in postman!
