I have an excel file stored in a Sharepoint 365 doc library. I am trying to copy all the data from a table in the excel file into SQL Server.
I was using the "list rows present in a table (preview)" flow but it seems limited to 256 rows and I can see a way of increasing that limit.
I am finding it difficult to find an appropriate connector for doing this. There are other excel connections but they are for excel files stored on OneDrive or on your local file system. What is the appropriate connector for connecting to an excel file on Sharepoint?
Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?
Do you use the "List rows present in a table" action of Excel Online (Business) connector to get rows from the Excel file stored in your SP library?
I think the only available connector for connecting to an Excel file on SP library is the Excel Online (Business) connector in Microsoft Flow currently.
I think your thought is correct, the "List rows present in a table" action of Excel Online (Business) connector could only retrieve 256 rows at most once time. If you want the "List rows present in a table" action could retrieve all the items in the list once time, you could consider take a try to enable the Pagination property within the Settings option of the "List rows present in a table" action as below:
More details about enabling the Pagination option in action settings, please check the following article:
