Use SharePoint Copy file action in Flow to copy SharePoint List?

Can I use the SharePoint Copy file action to copy a SharePoint List?

I have a Flow that adds items to a SharePoint List.  I want that Flow to make a copy of that List to a folder on the same SharePoint site before it adds items to the List.

When I specify the List as the File to Copy I always get a "Bad Gateway" error.  When I specifiy a file in a document library it works fine.  So, I'm starting to think Copy file only works with documents and not SharePoint Lists.

Thanks,

Hi @rgentile ,

You are right, Copy file action only works for SharePoint Document Library, and does not have the ability to copy SharePoint list.

MS Flow currently has no other actions to copy SharePoint lists.

If you want such a feature to be supported by MS Flow, please post your idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.

Besides, you could consider using SharePoint's own features to achieve your needs.
