Use dataverse in Power Automate

Problem: I want to create an automated cloud flow to send an email to all the managers who have not approved Leaves of their resources.

The problem is: I have two tables to fetch data for this.

Table 1: Employee Table ( Employee Id, Email, ManagerId)

Table 2: Leave (employee Id, Leave status)

I want to send emails to only those managers whose resources have applied and leave status is pending.

How can I get the manager email from the manager ID and compare it with Leave history table to send email to managers for their perspective employee approvals?

Hi @lovishsood1 ,

Do it with fetch xml and specify the link entity and attributes to retrieve data from manager if this Manager is lookup in Employee table. Plus you can specify other conditions for employees.

Sorry, I didn't get your answer. Can you please elaborate, it will be very helpful to me?

Hi @lovishsood1 ,

If you are looking to retrieve data from lookup table then do the query in advanced find , download the fetch xml and use it in List Records action in Dataverse connector.

Okay, but it's not a lookup table.
I resolved this by creating a temp table with the help of List Rows (Dataverse) for Managers.
