Hi @abm

Thank you for the reply. Yes the settings were fine at flow. I have found the issue. Its just the complex item level permissions that I have set up on this list items. I have removed them and reassigned, then it worked. This is so basic...sorry for the trouble.

Thank you so much for your responses.

You need to share the flow for other users

Hi abm

Thank you for the reply.

I did share it with the users of the list at flow manage run-only permissions using SharePoint tab. I have now tested with one user using users and groups tab at run only permissions section, I could run the flow.

But unable to give sharepoint group run only permissions, technically Everyone in the organization need permissions to run this flow 😥

How to give run only permssions to a sharepoint group or everyone in the organization? Please help

After few test cases, Looks like For a Selected file works with no issues,

But for a selected Item trigger is not working or showing option to run the flow at sharepoint list item edit menu, when we use SharePoint list at manage run-only permissions section for a flow 😠

Any one else got same issue? It used to work in the past

Hi @GMRaju3

Thanks for your reply.  Did you select the Site and list name under manage run-only permissions?
