Hello,
I have users who are getting to directed to powerautomate in 0365 when attempting to Accept an approval in an email.
When they click on the "Approve" button in the email, they are then directed to powerautomate to approve the item instead of just approving the item via the email.
Has anyone run into this issue?

You say that some users get redirected to the Approval site.
Can it be that this happens to users which don’t use Outlook Mail Client or an outdated version to answer the Approval?
Can you maybe double check that?
I made a test on iOS Mail Client and I get redirected to the site as well.
This “inline” answering seems to be limited to Outlook client and also not for each version available,
