Users directed to power automate when approving an item from an email.

Hello,

 

I have users who are getting to directed to powerautomate in 0365 when attempting to Accept an approval in an email.

 

When they click on the "Approve" button in the email, they are then directed to powerautomate to approve the item instead of just approving the item via the email.

 

 

Has anyone run into this issue?

You say that some users get redirected to the Approval site. 
Can it be that this happens to users which don’t use Outlook Mail Client or an outdated version to answer the Approval?

Can you maybe double check that? 

I made a test on iOS Mail Client and I get redirected to the site as well. 
This “inline” answering seems to be limited to Outlook client and also not for each version available,

Could you please share the flow configuration with me?

 

Here is what I configure the flow to approval in an email:

Below is the flow, what it should look like in an email and what is happening for some users.

When some users click the "Approve" button, they are taken to the location below to approve the item instead of just letting them Approve it through the email
