Using Sharepoint x Planner

Hello everyone!

I would like to finish my flow but I have faced some dificults regards the logical structure.

My flow basically does work:

1 - User (author) fill a list in sharepoint;

2 - Flow starts an approvals; if yes, it send email to the author and create a task in planner; if no, it send email to the author;

The doubt:

How I can set the flow to send an email to the author when once each task in Planner is finished?

You need to use When a task is completed flow trigger to send the email.

@abm many thanks for your reply, but I'm face a trouble with the output in "conditional 2" (condicional 2). The results always is false.

Hi @bruno-dr ,

It is impossible that the condicional 2 would always run to a false.

Please check for the loops from the Apply to each in the flow run history and there is a run that would run to the true.

I checked the flow and I solved the issue, but now I face a new trouble.

The trigger to verify each time that an task is completed does work only once. I need to run this part of flow every time that a task is finish.

Do you have an ideia about the solution?
