Using Start and wait for an approval - Get all approvers emails

Hello,

I am trying to create a "approval flow" but I need to log who was approving.

I am using the start and wait for an approval step, where I have added 2 people to Assigned.

Later on, I would love to put both of these name to a People or Group column in SharePoint, but it only records one of the email.

Hi again!

I would add an 'Apply to each' action block, assign as its input 'REsponses' from the dinamic content menu, this way you can append all responders 'emails' to an array variable by following the steps described in this excellent post

Hope this helps

Hi!

Which mode did you select for the approval? Everyone must approve?

Thanx!

@efialttes Hi and thanks for your suggestion,

But it won't help me fit those 2 emails here anyway. So I guess that changing the column type to "Text" is the only option?

@v-bacao-msft Hello and thanks for your input! Can you please tell me how did you configure the ApprovedBy column? As it seems different in the update item step, I would need to add a 2nd claim to get there 2 emails at once I guess.

@Anonymous

Thanx for your kindness! Please note you can mark more than one response as solution even from different community members! I mean, @v-bacao-msft response is much more detailed than mine.
