Using Variable on trigger of SharePoint When file is created or deleted

Hi Everyone,

We have two different flows one triggers on "When file is created in SharePoint" and other on "When file is deleted in SharePoint".

Can we pass the custom value in "Site Address" so that whenever we move the flow from one tenant to other we don't have to change site address every time.

Can we use variables to initialize the site address and use that in flows. As it has first step(trigger) "when a file is created" I am not able to figure out how I can use variable over there.

Thanks.

Re: Using Variable on trigger of SharePoint When file is created or deleted

Hi @vaishalivyas1,

I am afraid it is impossible, the trigger should be the head of one Flow, we can't initialize any variable before that.

Re: Using Variable on trigger of SharePoint When file is created or deleted

Hi @vaishalivyas1

This is not possible. The basic rule of the flow is it always starts with a trigger so we can't declare any initialise variable before the trigger.

Thanks
