Using a distribution list for connections

Hi there,

I have a flow that is currently set up with a connector using my work email address for Office 365 Outlook and Sharepoint. This can have some issues if there is team changes and if I want to share this flow, others can leverage this connector. Is there any possibility to utilise a existing distribution list for this connection ?

Thank you,

Christina

Re: Using a distribution list for connections

hi @christina_lynch

You can set the Flow as a team Flow and other users, a new feature which may help in some way also (relased 6th February 2019) is the ability to "send a copy.

As a direct answer to your question, I have previosuly sued a shared mailbox in the way you describe a DL. The way I did it was to pay for the license on the shared mailbox.

I would suggest the Team Flow is the way to go though ... Just go to the Flow, Owners > Add another Owner.

If you found as helpful please mark as thumbs up.

If this is the solution, please mark as the solution.

Any other questions, just ask.

Thanks, Alan
