Using flow lookup lists

Quick question, i have a SharePoint list with a person/group column and a choice column. What I want to do with flow is is an email address is entered into the manager person column (email address) get flow to check the Area director column Choice = corporate AD. Lookup list has corporate AD then AD name is email address. If the manager and AD name match then do not send email.another flow is set up for AD choice column if condition to send email to AD. Manager and AD can sometimes be the same.any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.thank you in advance ian

Are you trying to match Person Group Column name with Choice column name? OR Person Group Employee ID to Choice Column employee id?

What is stored in second list choice? Is it email address?

 

If yes, in Get Items for 2nd list, you can apply filter something like below...

 

Approver eq '<Select Email property of Lookup Column from first list trigger>'

 

This should return you the data from 2nd list. Then you can check count of the output of getitems. If its 0, you can send email.
