Using flow to record if emails have been replied to

Hi there,

 

So I've had a play around and tried to build a flow which logs an email coming into the inbox, From, Subject, Time, and a flow working on emails that go into the sent box, I used the conversation ID as the common link to update each side of the spreadsheet. It worked for a while, however it doesn't take into consideration email chains. It would add their reply to the left side as a new row, and my reply it would just update from their first message. So it would say that the time between their first email and my last one would of been 5 hours.

 

Is there a way to create a flow that adds emails coming into a shared inbox to a spreadsheet, and then on the other side when the email is responded to to add the time, and so on. So that at the end of the month it would be easy to see which emails hadn't been responded to, and how long each email took to respond to.

 

Any help is appreciated.

I am afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

There is no trigger or action to monitor whether an email has been replied.

Hi, so originally I was using "When a new item arrives in a shared inbox" and setting the inbox to sent messages. And then used the Conversation ID to update the "Time Answered" on the right hand side. But unfortunately if there was an email chain, it would replace the response to the first email. E.g. Person A emails in, it adds a row, I respond in 5 minutes, they respond back, it adds another row, I respond to their second email instead of updating the second row, it would just update the numbers of the original reply.
