Using send an email with options brings up a problem

Im trying to create an approval flow using send an email with options, but when I run it, an error pops up. 

Is it something with how the user options are written?

Could  you check if Outputs is null?

Can you check what is the output of the outputs compose that you used? Does it have correct email address?

Also can you test by removing attachments?

The output is mi email, so that should be fine... 

It worked when I took out the attachments, what could be the problem?

Can you use Compose and set the attachment variable as expression ? I suspect that variable is returning empty data.
