Version number error in Get changes for item or file properties only

Hi Automaters,

I have a simple flow

smorley_0-1601471472873.png

Throwing an error on the get changes step.

Telling me the version number isn't right. Versioning is turned on.

I'm feeling it's a syntax error on my part, but any help you could give is appreciated.

@Jcook - I ended up creating a new library, and now since version 1.0 works fine.  Interestingly, I saved my original as a template, and when I created based on that, it errored out as well.

Hello @smorley

Can you confirm that that version does exist on that item. You can verify this in SharePoint by clicking on the 3 dots for that item, and clicking version history. Verify that the format is also correct.

Are you specifying the Until field in that action as well?

Hi @Jcook

Yes, versioning is turned on.

No, I'm not specifying Until yet.

Hi @smorley

Can you verify the Version for that item. For example:

You are saying Version 2.0. Does Version 2.0 exist for that Item?

Try 1.0

I feel like I'm in a loop, because I've been flipping from 2 to 2.0 or 1 or 1.0 and I get the same error.

I've created this flow and I have another one doing the same

Hi @smorley

The multiple flows could be causing this..

How are you triggering the Flow? Are you modifying the file/item in SharePoint? or Are you using the Test button?

@smorley

In the run, could you copy the outputs from your trigger and paste in here.

The version Number will be present in this output

Here you go:

Hi @smorley

I am unable to replicate this.

The only way I can get this error is if I specify a version that does not exist.

Can you try to put the ‘Version number’ dynamic content in the since field.

@Jcook - tried that too, same error message.

Hi @smorley

Thanks for the update and your solution. Sorry I was not able to assist further, as I was unable to re create the error.
