Hello I have been trying to create a flow for a list that I made but it is giving me this message "ViralServicePlanRequired" when I try to create it. Any tips for what can be causing this?
What connectors are you using in your Flow?
I am not quite sure what you said create a flow on a list. Do you create a flow in the SharePoint list item or use the SharePoint connector to get the list?
Could you share the screenshot of your flow configuration and error messages, please?
In this way, we can help you solve the problem faster and better.

I have a same problem. For us this seems to happen for all approval flows now. Problem started this this spring.
I have a feeling that something with Microsoft changed about how approval flows are saved. I am still working on this problem but my feeling is that Microsoft is saving approval flows in CDS and we have some sort of licensing problem.
This is very annoying and really putting a halt on our development efforts.
Approval Flows are saved in CDS, but they do not require premium licensing. If this has been happening since earlier this spring then you need to open a support call with Microsoft.
