Hi @Philippe_D13 ,

I still don't understand your intention to use check in file action. If you want to add the attachments included in the email to the item attachment, please refer to the following method:

Re: What is ID on Archive Function ?

Hi @Philippe_D13 ,

It seems that the action you are using is Check in file action, but I am afraid I don't understand your intention to use this action according to your configuration.

Could you provide more explanation about your Flow configuration?

If you want to get the ID, you can try to configure this action in Apply to each, then you can use the ID of Create file action.

Re: What is ID on Archive Function ?

I found how to record a file join to an email but i want to put record this file also on a sharepoint.

I try with the instruction "add an attached file" on sharepoint with the right adresse and the name of the list but i don't know what to enter in the field ID and name of the file.

Hi @Philippe_D13 ,

First make sure the attachment is included in the email, then you need to set the include attachment to Yes.

Hi @Philippe_D13 ,

Could you provide details of Flow run history? Whether Create item action and Add attachment action was successfully executed.

Re: What is ID on Archive Function ?

Hi @Philippe_D13

For clarity for @v-bacao-msft and I, when you say nothing is recorded in SharePoint, do you mean that you can't see the file being saved within SharePoint?

From what I understand of your Flow, you receive an email which as attachments, and you want to save the attachment to SharePoint. Is this correct?

Re: What is ID on Archive Function ?

Hi,

that's it, I can't see any file recorded on the Sharepoint although the Flow has been correctly executed.

Re: What is ID on Archive Function ?

Hi @Philippe_D13 ,

You can check whether the Flow run history-add attachment action is executed successfully, and check whether the corresponding item contains attachments according to the Item id.
