What is faster: variable actions or compose?

for a long flow with tens of steps, what will run faster: steps to initate and set variables or compose actions?

compose actions (dynamically created - auto assigns data type)

Thank you, Alice, but I did not see this assumption in Reza's replica as he only stated it was dynamically created. Is there any official doc to consult on this subject? As a member of community support team, do you have access to MS Flow dev team to validate this assumption?
