I have the issue when I use Outlook send email that it is created under my email account and I receive all the emails sent into my sent folder. I know I can set up a service account or use the shared mailbox feature but I have noticed there is another connector called MAIL (green envelope) and when I use this it gets sent using the email address Microsoft PowerApps and Flow which is ideal for my case and nothing gets put into my sent folder which is great. But I just wonder if tehre are any drawbacks from using this connector and what application the Mail connector is based/sourced on.
Hi @980Panama the mail connector (white envelope on green background) was, I believe, developed by Microsoft but I don't actually know what the mail engine is it uses. I use it all the time where I don't want the responses to go from me and I find it works very well. I haven't found any drawbacks to using it but you do need to use html tags to format the email nicely.
