What is wrong with this condition?

I have a flow that will be used to send an out of office message

It works fine until I add the 'and' portion below.  I have a compose statement that shows me that the information in the condition is returning the correct information.  Basically, we only want to send the OOO to internal users.  

But the flow is triggering on every in-house email, whether in the time/day parameters or not, but works correctly if sent from an external email.

Thanks for your reply. Its two AND conditions you need I think and one OR and another group. Without seeing the data its difficult to evaluate it. Did you checked the run history and see if there is a record matching in that condition?

Your IF condition is wrong. There are two AND's in my screenshot. Try that and let me know.

I actually solved this today.  If you are looking at the OR statements, I'm missing the leading '0' in 6:30.  

This could have been solved almost immediately if Microsoft let you see the conditional results when reviewing a flow run.  Big time sink for what was essentially a typo.
