When An Emails Subject Contains create an activity in Dynamics CRM (TEAM FLOW)

I am able to get this working as an individual flow but when I make a team flow for it it does not work, It won't assign owners/ contributors properly so only 1-2 people get the flow.

Hi CassieStone,

 

It seems that you are using the trigger “When a new email arrives”, and you have selected the Sent item for the Folder field.


I am afraid it would be the cause. When other users sent out an email using their email account, it won’t be able to be detected by the flow.


When sharing a flow with team, we can see the list of connections under Embedded connections, it means that these connections are used in the Flow.


So when an email arrives in your team member’s Outbox, it won’t trigger the flow.

How is your flow created? Could you show me a screenshot of your flow?
