I'm trying to "Sync" files between a SharePoint Online Library and a Symbolic Link to a network share in my OneDrive.
I created a symlink to the Network Share in OneDrive for Business.
I'm able to create a flow that saves new files and updates files in the OneDrive folder for this network share when files in the SharePoint Library are uploaded (by me) or edited (by me).
I'm not seeing a connector for when a SharePoint Library file is deleted. Is there one?
I can't just use the Sync Option from SharePoint - unless I can change where it syncs to use the symlink. The files need to be on a network share, not my computer.

The "When a SharePoint Library file is deleted" trigger is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
