When I sent back the score message to notification then it was wrong. Please helps.

My flow got the wrong condition when it was run. This flow started on MS. Forms Quiz to gen some answer and calculated the point in the form then sent it back to my flow. Even I test the correct answer and it got to "False" that could be "true".

That was different from MS. Form point.

and also this was my full flow.

Please helps me to solve.

There might some issue in the condition action in the flow. Can you expand the condition action in edit mode and share a screenshot?
