I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I have a list which is basically a report, I want to be able to create a flow that would copy the modified version into another list and continuously do this so it basically builds an ongoing archive of this report. This would be based on a trigger though to tick a box in the list to say its complete.
Can anyone help me with this?
If you only want to copy a SharePoint list item to another list when modified, then I think this can be done the a similar flow like this:
If this is not your requirement, please help explain it.
That's correct. I'm just using my list as an example. If you want to copy all the columns from list A to list B, then you need to add exactly the same columns from A in B. And then you fill all the columns in list B in its action with the dynamic content of list A.
Ok, I have done this but instead of going to a seperate list i am just copying it into the same list. But when i do it I get a large number of copies, it seems to just keep creating a new file over again for some reason. Why is this?
