When an email is received in a shared mailbox.

Hello guys,

I'm new to power automate, I wanted to create a flow in which the emails in a sharedmailbox should be moved to each person 's folder in the same mailbox. Is there a way to build a flow for this?

I started with the trigger " When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox" but not sure how to proceed. I cannot copy multiple email IDs in To and from option right? If someone could help me out with this, it would be great.

Let me know if you need more information.

You could forward the email to multiple recipients:

Hi chasestreetdev

Thanks for your response, but the thing is I have to move the email and not forward. And, how do I filter and send for each person sepcifically?

Use the move email action. Be sure to specify the original mailbox address before finding the folder.
