When creating multip items from one SharePoint list to another it duplicates them

I´m having a problem with flow.

I´ve two lists

When a choice column is marked as YES the flow runs to create the item on another list but when changing for example 5 list items as YES. The other list gets 5 new items of each list item. It´s duplicating them the number of items that are modified.

I´ve tried two different ways and even recreated the flow but still have the same issue.

this is my first attempted flow:1stAttemptFlow.png

2nd attempt flow:2ndAttemptFlow.png

Your advice is greatly appreciated!

Thank you Smiley Happy

@AuroraS:

I understand you to say that when an item is created or modified in list 1 and has a choice column set to YES that you want to duplicate the entry in list 2.  One entry in list 1 with YES in the choice column gets 1 item in list 2 created.

If I am correct about your requirements, a Flow similar to the following screen shot should work for you.

Re: When creating multip items from one SharePoint list to another it duplicates them

This is the flow I´ve put in place but the problem is that if for example I change 4 list items using "Bulk edit properties" or "Quick Edit" the flow seems to run the 4 times on each list item creating 4 new lis items on list 2 for each which will result on 16 created items. Smiley Sad How can I prevent it from creating multiple ones when changing them?

Re: When creating multip items from one SharePoint list to another it duplicates them

I´m testing removing the Get Items as your example! I tried with 3 and didn´t multiply as before. I´ll run it with more to confirm!

Thank you for your prompt response
I´ll mark as accepted once I finish running the test Smiley Happy
