'When email arrives in a shared mailbox' - large delay

I've set up a flow to once an email arrives into a shared mailbox it sends from a different shared mailbox.

Thats fine and works well though it takes around 5-8 minutes for this all to happen.

The flow itself says it actually runs in 0 seconds. Im thinking that it only polls the shared mailbox every 5 minutes? Is there a way to make this faster?

How is your flow created? Please share a screenshot.

 

I have created a flow likes below and it takes only 1 minute to finish the run.

The email I sent is of small size. How about it on your side?

Hi Mabel,

Just the same as your set up by the looks of it. Again the flow takes 0 seconds to run though the trigger does go until after 5-8 minutes. I have checked and the first trigger email lands inside the inbox right away.
