When item is created in SharePoint Survey, create item in another list

Hi there,

I have two apps:

1. SharePoint Survey

2. SharePoint Custom list

I am trying to create a flow that trigger when someone respond to the survey from SharePoint Survey, and duplicate the information into SharePoint Custom list.

However, when I tested and respond to survey in the SharePoint Survey app, the flow is not triggered.

Here is the flow

On the run history I get the following:

Re: When item is created in SharePoint Survey, create item in another list

Hi @HWib ,

Could you provide an error message that is displayed after clicking View details?

Could you tell us why you use custom value in List Name field?

This seems to be a problem with the trigger and it is not able to monitor if a new item has been created.

Please try to reconfigure a new Flow and update the connection, it seems that this is only a temporary error. I tested the trigger on my side and there was no similar error.

Take a try and feel free let me know if issue still exists.

Re: When item is created in SharePoint Survey, create item in another list

Thank you, @v-bacao-msft .

After recreating it, I was able to have it run.

However, the flow doesn't pull the field value 'Country Name' even though it was filled in.2019-03-22_16-40-29.png2019-03-22_16-41-38.png

The Country Name is a look up field.

If I were to pull the data from another custom list, using the same flow, I would be able to pull the Country Value.

For the List Name field, I had to use custom value because the SharePoint Survey app I was trying to connect doesn't show up on the drop down list. Is this a bug?
