When item is created start an approval flow base on conditions

Dear all,

I have created my approval flow where i have different scenarios to check before start the approval process, I have finished to build the approval process and also i have finished to describe the different scenerarios, my issue is the next one. I have only create the approval flow below one of the conditions where the approval have to start (it is a 4 level approval ) and i have two more conditions that needs that approval flow!. i dont want to write everything again below that two.

I cant find a way to copy and past my section of the approval flow below the conditions flow, and neither can find a comment like VBA "GoTo".

Any idea how can i solve this situation?

thanks in advance best regards

Gabriel

Hi @Gaca there is currently no way to copy an action so you will need to create the actions individually. You can vote for this in the ideas section at https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/Copy-action-time-saver/idi-p/30822

Re: When item is created start an approval flow base on conditions

Hi @Gaca ,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

It seems you have multiple conditions before the approval.

I suggest you use the if() function.
