I have not found a solution through googling, so I'm hoping to gain some insight from the Gurus here.
I threw together a simple approval workflow that looks like this:
I realize that condition after the first trigger creates two objects (right nomenclature?) and then "create item" for each instance of that object.
Is it possible to group multiple attachments from single email and add them to the SAME SP list? while still adhering to the condition that the attachment must be either PDF or DOCX ?
Alternatively, is it possible to concatenate a list's attachment into IF the list name is the same?
THis flow stuff is really interesting.
Go to Solution.
You can Create item before condition 1 that determine the file name whether has pdf or docx.
After the action of add attachments, you can create condition 2 that determines the item whether being added attachments, if not have attachments in the item, delete the item.
