When we are create file getting error "Sharepoint Create File - Bad Request"

Hi,
I created verify simple power automate for read file and create file in library. 

Just in two step

Frist read content file from library and

Second create file in document library

 y

I am getting below issue.

Can you sort out this issue.

I don't where i am doing wrong 

Getting error like bleow

"status": 400,

"message": "Error in the application. clientRequestId:XXXXX   ServiceRequestId: XXXX"

}
