Where is "Apply to Each" ?

Hello, this is driving me nuts!

I can successfully Get a (SINGLE) Row from an Excel Online table, do some AD lookups, and Update a (SINGLE) Row in the same Excel Online Table.

But where is "Apply to Each"! Excel Online does not have Get Rows, only Get a Row.

Please advise, thank you.

Ok, well, the indicator that a user is not found in Office365Users is an empty Body [] array. To test whether an array is empty or not, see this other post.

Re: Where is "Apply to Each" ?

Ok. I found Apply to Each. You have to search for it now, its not part of "+New Step" any longer. (may want to update your docs here Flow Team).

But now I'm being asked for "Output from the previous step". There is not output form a Flow button push.

Any ideas?

Re: Where is "Apply to Each" ?

OK! Figuring this out on my own (as I should be!)

  • Added a variable called "counter"
  • Increment "counter" at the end of each cycle
  • Do Until "counter" = 553 (number of records in the list)

Questions:

  • Instead of hardcoding the Do Until number (553), how can I make it dynamic?
  • What does "PT1H" refer to in Do Until Timeout?

Re: Where is "Apply to Each" ?

Ran into another problem. What happens when the email address i'm looking up using Office365Users is NOT in AD any longer? I can't seem to find an indicator.

I tried:

  • AccountEnabled is equal to false
  • AccountEnalbed is equal to "false"
  • AccountEnabled is eqal to empty()
  • Email (Excel) is not equal to Mail(O365)

Any ideas?
