Why doesn't Markdown work in Approval Flow Details

I am creating a flow with an approval. I am trying to send some field values in the email.  I want One field then on the next line the other field.  It is all running together.

I tried:

First field (space, space)

The next line

But it still runs everything together.  What am I doing wrong?  thx

What Client are you using when displaying the email?

Markdown is different on some clients. Here is the table from the Docs.

Outlook Desktop Client

It is just an out of the approval...nothing special about it.  Just trying to get a sharepoint list fields in the approval so the approver doesnt have to click on the item link to sharepoint.

Same thing nothing different.  I wish they would just allow HTML in the approvals like in the emails.  This is driving me crazy..LOL.  Thanks for helping me though!

Did you ever get this fixed?  I have been using https://www.markdownguide.org/basic-syntax/ and it's been extremely helpful.

The biggest 2 things I have noticed would be to make sure the hash marks are not touching the text they are supposed to Head (so have a space)  and you would only place them at the front of the line.
